We are specialized in natural and holistic products that reflect Afrikan culture and ancient herbal traditions seemingly lost to recent generations of the Diaspora. For example, the tradition of highly salting food is required for existence in arid climates. For some of us living in more temperate climates and under more stressful conditions, this has resulted in high blood pressure, heart attacks and strokes, particularly to those of us in the Afrikan-American community.
One reason for the high prevalence of diabetes within the Black community can be directly attributed to our excessive use of refined sugars, improper diet and lack of exercise. For this reason, we will present articles on herbal solutions to present-day ailments, many of which are occurring because we have adopted cultural ways that are not natural to our biological makeup.
If you need any information you can contact us at any time.
